Texas Insurance License Exam Prep Without the Fake Numbers
Ace Prep Academy is Texas insurance license exam prep built by a 20-year Texas agency owner who teaches it himself. We prepare you for the Life & Health and Property & Casualty exams. What we will not do is decorate this page with a pass rate nobody can check.
See Courses & Prices Fort Worth ClassesWhy we refuse to play the pass-rate game
Look at any Texas insurance school’s homepage. You will find a “90%” or “95%” pass rate sitting there, unchanged, year after year. Nobody shows you how it was measured. Nobody audits it. The number exists to close the sale, and everybody in the industry knows it. We call that what it is: a lie. Ace Prep publishes no pass-rate number at all, even for classes where every single student passes. Instead, we make promises we can actually keep.
Send us your report card. Pass or fail.
Send us a picture of your Pearson VUE report card after your exam. If you passed, we celebrate and help you finish the licensing steps. If you failed, that report card tells us exactly where the exam beat you. We build your retake plan around those specific weak spots. No shame, no upsell, no generic “study harder.” That support runs through your standard 61-day course window, and it is written into the product, not the fine print.

Two paid instructors in every live class
This is the thing we are proudest of, and you can verify it with your own eyes. They swap roles through the day. Nobody becomes invisible in an Ace Prep class, in the room or on the screen.
The front of the room
One instructor teaches the curriculum, full speed, no dead air.
The back of the room
A second paid instructor answers Zoom students in real time, helps anyone who gets stuck, and watches for the confused face that never raises its hand.
Monday class. Friday exam.
Our live program is a one-week sprint, on purpose. On Day 1, we walk you through scheduling your exam at Pearson VUE that same night. The exam content itself comes from the state’s published outline, which you can read in the official Texas candidate handbook. Our curriculum is written directly from that outline, by the owner, for Texas only.
Want out? One conversation.
Full refund.
Any student can request a full tuition refund, at any time, for any reason. The whole process is one honest conversation with David, the owner. There is no refund deadline, no completion-percentage test, and no requirement that you fail the exam first. We keep your money only when we have earned it.

Frequently asked questions
Which license should I get first, Life & Health or Property & Casualty?
It depends on the job you want. Agencies hiring producers usually tell you which line they need. Each is a separate course and a separate exam, and we teach both.
How fast can I get licensed?
Our live program is built for a one-week path: class Monday and Tuesday, drilling Wednesday and Thursday, exam Friday. Fingerprinting and state processing add their own time after you pass.
Do you guarantee I will pass?
No, and nobody honest can. We promise real preparation, two instructors in every live class, weekly live support, and a custom retake plan built from your report card if you fail.
Where are the classes?
The classroom is in Fort Worth, Texas. Live Zoom classes and the on-demand courses serve the entire state.
