Information you give us
When you apply to teach at Ace Prep, we receive the name, email address, phone number, Texas insurance license status and number (if provided), classroom availability, teaching experience, and notes you submit. The application also records the ad or channel tag in the link you used and the submission time. We use this information to review your application and contact you about the instructor opportunity.
If you contact us or create a website account, we receive the information you provide and use it to respond to you or provide the account and related services. Please do not include a Social Security number or financial account number in the instructor application’s notes field.
Website and advertising information
Our website and its service providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and cookies used for login or other site functions. When you follow an Ace Prep ad to our instructor page, the link may contain an ad identifier. We save that identifier with an application so we can tell which ad brought it to us.
We use an internal Meta Ads API tool to manage Ace Prep’s own Facebook and Instagram advertising. It accesses our ad account and Page information, ad creative, and advertising performance data. It is not a Facebook login for visitors to this website. Meta handles information about your activity on its services under Meta’s own policies. The instructor application is submitted to Ace Prep’s website, not through a Meta lead form.
We use the Meta Pixel on our instructor recruitment page to measure advertising and help Meta deliver ads to people likely to apply. It reports a page visit and, only after an application is saved, a Lead event with a random event identifier. Meta may receive browser and device information, the page URL, and cookie identifiers. This integration does not send your application answers to Meta. You can review Meta’s privacy policy and ad preferences.
How we use and share information
We use information to operate the site, review instructor applications, communicate with applicants and customers, measure our advertising, and protect our systems. Our website host and email provider process information for those purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and security. We do not treat an ad click alone as an instructor application.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, for ordinary business records, and for applicable legal obligations. The period depends on the type of record. You may ask us about a particular record using the contact address below.
Access, correction, and deletion requests
Email david@aceprepacademy.com with “Privacy request” in the subject and describe the information or action you want. You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and some records may need to be retained for legal, security, or business reasons. This is also the contact route for requests involving information handled by our internal Meta advertising tool.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as the website and services change. The effective date at the top will show when this version began.
