We want you to feel good about choosing Ace Prep Academy. If you don’t, ask for your tuition back.

We stand behind it.
If you’re dissatisfied, request a full tuition refund. No deadline, no required test score, no failed exam, and no books to return. Finishing the course or passing your exam doesn’t disqualify you.
Call David or send a short written request. You don’t have to persuade us.
How to ask
Email david@aceprepacademy.com or call (817) 737-6161 and ask for a tuition refund.
A short message is enough: “I’d like a refund for my course.” Include your name and the email you used to enroll so we can find your purchase. If you have your order number handy, you can include it. It isn’t required.
No special form, explanation, report card, or supporting documents are required. You don’t have to arrange a conversation with David.
What you get back
We refund the full tuition you paid to Ace Prep Academy for the course. We don’t deduct processing charges, cancellation fees, or restocking fees.
The promise applies to classroom, live Zoom, and on-demand courses. Paying a discounted price doesn’t reduce your eligibility.
You don’t have to accept store credit, another class, extra study time, or another exam attempt instead of your refund.
You can use the course and still ask.
There is no refund deadline. You can ask before class, during the course, after finishing, or after taking your exam.
- You don’t have to fail the exam first.
- You don’t have to earn a particular practice score.
- You don’t have to complete a certain amount of the course.
- Passing your exam or receiving your license doesn’t disqualify you.
- You don’t have to return your printed textbook or other printed course materials.
When your money comes back
We send confirmation when we initiate your refund. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
The refund goes back through the original payment method when possible. If that method is no longer available, we’ll work with the payer to arrange its return.
If an employer, agency, family member, or someone else paid, the money returns to that payer. Your eligibility is the same.
What happens to course access?
Online access to the refunded course ends when we initiate the refund. You keep your printed course materials. Returning them is not part of the process.
If we cancel your class
You can choose a transfer or an immediate full tuition refund. You don’t have to accept a replacement class or speak with David first.
Feedback is welcome. It isn’t a condition.
David may ask what fell short because he wants to make the school better. You can tell him as much or as little as you like.
Your refund doesn’t depend on that conversation, a convincing explanation, or David agreeing with you.

Can I get a refund after I pass?
Yes. Passing your exam doesn’t end the promise.
Do I have to talk to the owner?
No. A short written request is enough.
Do I need to send the book back?
No. Keep it.
